We know you've been waiting patiently for updates. Most of our team was incomplete until today, but now Kizoku team is fully complete, meaning everyone will be able to work quicker and more efficiently behind the scenes.

• Clearing the Backlog: We currently have over 300 pending emails, but with our full team back on deck, everyone will have a reply by tomorrow (Tuesday). If you do not hear back from us by then, we kindly ask that you send us an email again so we can make sure nothing gets missed.
• WhatsApp Channel: Once we have cleared out the current queue of emails we will move to our current Whatsapp messages and then we will share our new WhatsApp contact to everyone, making communication much faster and easier moving forward.
• Upcoming OP17 & 30th Anniversary News: Please note that a separate communication regarding OP17 (stock arrived not full allocation as expected but we believe everyone will be able to receive stock, NOTE: also there's a 2nd wave on 30th of October) and the Pokemon 30th Anniversary (stock is arriving still) is also on the way.
