- Clearing the Backlog: We currently have cleared most pending emails, but we picking up a few who got lost, everyone should have an answer today (Monday 28) you don't get an answer by today let us know. If you do not hear back from us by then, we kindly ask that you send us an email again so we can make sure nothing gets missed.
- WhatsApp Channel: Once we have cleared out the current queue of emails we will move to our current Whatsapp messages and then we will share our new WhatsApp contact to everyone, making communication much faster and easier moving forward.
- Upcoming OP17 & 30th Anniversary News: Please note that a separate communication regarding OP17 (stock arrived not full allocation as expected but we believe everyone will be able to receive stock, NOTE: also there's a 2nd wave on 30th of October) and the Pokemon 30th Anniversary (stock is arriving still) is also on the way.

There will be a communication when the website is back live regarding pre-orders for special sets (including different TCGs). This has been completely attrocious for genuine collectors and players among many TCGs. We are implementing ways of verifying and making it fair for everyone, priority should be given to the real ones. To everyone we have been talking by email, we see you, we hear you and you're being registered to a list that will include only special sets.
